This service does not encourage the use of psychoactive plants. It is highly recommended to review the legislation of your country of residence as it may consider its use illegal or restrict the permitted causes to its use. ICEERS warns about the risks of using psychoactive plants. Currently, there are several countries that consider the use and/or distribution and/or importation of these plants illegal. Other countries regulate the causes in which their use is licit, being illegal their use outside of them.

ICEERS excludes any liability for damages of any kind that may be due or derived from the use or direct or indirect application of any of the contents provided by the service. In addition to the legal risks, there are health risks associated with the use of ethnobotanical/psychoactive plants without the supervision and guidance of qualified professionals, or without a prior personal assessment of the potential risks and dangers to the health of each individual.

You voluntarily agree to make use of the service that ICEERS offers, understanding what its characteristics are. Any action or inaction taken by the recipient of the advice is solely the recipient's own decision and responsibility, and is not the responsibility of ICEERS.

ICEERS makes no express or implied warranties, guarantees, or representations regarding its services. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties as to quality, accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, efficacy or fitness for a particular purpose.

By requesting ICEERS' services you authorize the practitioner providing your care to share information with other practitioners in the following circumstances:

• If there is sufficient reason to believe that an adult is required to ensure protection (relating to abuse, neglect, exploitation or abandonment), your data may be transferred to the local agency providing the social services that the situation requires.
• If you manifest a serious threat, or intent to kill or seriously injure a person or group of persons who can be personally identified, and if there is sufficient reason to believe that you may carry out such a threat, reasonable steps will be taken to prevent any harm. These reasonable measures may include notifying the potential victim of the threat.
• If there is sufficient reason, based on the professional judgment of the service team, to suspect that a child abuse situation exists.
