Fernando Caudevilla, part of the ICEERS team, is a specialist in family and community medicine with a long career in harm reduction and public health. For more than two decades he collaborated with Energy Control, one of Europe’s pioneering substance-checking and drug information services. Also known as Doctor X, he has carried out extensive outreach and counseling work, including answering health questions on the Silk Road forum.
