Glen B. Baker

Glen B. Baker is a Canadian researcher in neurochemistry and psychopharmacology at the Department of Psychiatry (Neurochemical Research Unit) and the Neuroscience & Mental Health Institute, University of Alberta, in Edmonton. His work covers monoamine systems, antidepressants, psychosis and the neurobiology of psychiatric disorders. He has co-authored peer-reviewed studies featured on the ICEERS website, including reviews on the molecular pathways of ayahuasca’s therapeutic effects and its safety and tolerability as a potential rapid-acting antidepressant.
