Milan Scheidegger is a Swiss psychiatrist, psychotherapist (FMH) and neuroscientist, senior physician and head of the Psychedelic Research & Therapy Development group at the Department of Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics of the Psychiatric University Clinic Zurich. With an MD-PhD in neuroimaging from ETH Zurich and a master’s in History and Philosophy of Knowledge, he is co-founder of Reconnect Labs and the Reconnect Foundation. His work focuses on the neurobiology and pharmacology of altered states of consciousness, with research on ketamine, psilocybin, ayahuasca and DMT.
