Paulo César Ribeiro-Barbosa is Adjunct Professor at the State University of Feira de Santana (UEFS) in Bahia, Brazil, with a PhD in Medical Sciences from the University of Campinas (Unicamp), a postdoctoral fellowship at the Department of Psychiatry of the University of New Mexico, and a visiting research stay at UCSF. His work focuses on ayahuasca and psychedelics, transcultural neuropsychology, validation of computerized assessment instruments, and clinical trials with psychedelics. He has co-authored peer-reviewed studies featured on the ICEERS website.
