Joshua Fouts is a cultural strategist and co-director of the World Ayahuasca Forum 2026, co-leading the 2026 edition in close partnership with the Yorenka Tasorentsi Institute. As a strategist at the intersection of Indigenous rights and systemic change, he co-founded Tima – Ethical Connectors (promoting ethical cultural relationships) and Earth Codes Observatory (uniting Indigenous wisdom and AI for planetary healing).
As a strategic advisor to ICEERS, he bridges communication, fundraising, and cross-cultural advocacy, drawing on more than 25 years of leadership in philanthropy, NGOs, and systemic healing—from executive positions at Bioneers and the U.S. State Department to co-founding initiatives in ethical AI and interspecies communication.
Trained as a visual anthropologist and depth psychology psychotherapist, his work focuses on biocultural justice, traditional knowledge, and the intersection of Indigenous wisdom, psychology, and ethical technology. Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and English, he facilitates dialogues that honor both ancestral knowledge and ethical innovation.
