Patricia Sánchez is ICEERS’ Academy Program Lead. Patricia holds a degree in Pedagogy and a diploma in Social Education. Her professional trajectory lies at the intersection of education, human rights, and social transformation. With more than ten years of experience driving educational projects and change processes in intercultural and international contexts, she has supported individuals, teams, and organizations in reviewing and improving their practices through training, process analysis, and strategic support in communication, with a focus on generating real impact, coherence, and effective collaboration.
She currently leads ICEERS Academy, where she oversees the development of training programs and their international projection. Her work brings together teaching teams, content, processes, and communication to create clear and sustainable learning experiences, while strengthening a diverse community of professionals working in complex contexts. This role is combined with consultancy work for NGOs and social organizations, supporting the analysis and improvement of projects in areas such as global justice and transformative communication.
