Farid Ghehiouèche is a French author and advocate active since the 1990s in drug policy reform at French, European and UN level. Since 2023 he has chaired the European Coalition for Just and Effective Drug Policies (ENCOD) and serves on the Standing Scientific Committee on Psychotropics, Narcotics and Addiction of the French Medicines Agency (ANSM). He co-authored a document featured on the ICEERS website on cannabis in the international treaty system, submitted to the 40th WHO ECDD meeting.
