Laurent Jansseune is a Belgian researcher at the Department of Penal Law and Criminology of Ghent University, working in Tom Decorte’s research team. His work focuses on cannabis social clubs in Belgium and Spain, including the organization of collective cannabis cultivation for personal use, the motivations and practices of growers, member characteristics and the role of federations. He has co-authored a peer-reviewed study featured on the ICEERS website on cannabis social club federations in Barcelona.
