Michael Collins is a Scottish-born drug policy advocate based in the United States, with a long trajectory at the Drug Policy Alliance (DPA) in its Office of National Affairs in Washington, D.C., where he has worked with Congress on issues including drug policy spending, syringe access, and Latin America. He holds a master’s degree from Georgetown University. He co-authored a peer-reviewed report featured on the ICEERS website with Constanza Sánchez (ICEERS) on Spain’s subnational approach to drug policy reform.
