Tom Decorte is Full Professor of Criminology at Ghent University and director of the Institute for Social Drug Research (ISD). He is one of Europe’s leading scholars on cannabis policy, Cannabis Social Clubs, and drug cultures, with decades of research on the social dimensions of cannabis use and regulation. His work has been influential in policy debates across the EU and has contributed to ICEERS publications on cannabis models.
