Xavier Jubert-Cortiella holds a degree in criminology from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, where his final dissertation focused on the effectiveness of Cannabis Social Clubs in reducing risky use and illegal trafficking. He collaborated with ICEERS on research into cannabis use, its legal context, and CSC practices, and is also an associate researcher at the European Observatory of Cannabis Use and Cultivation (OECCC).
