Germany

Germany features in the work of ICEERS through legal, scientific and policy developments around psychoactive plants, cannabis, harm reduction and traditional medicines. As one of the largest health systems in Europe and a key actor in EU debates, the country has moved in recent years toward regulating non-medical cannabis access and remains an active site for psychedelic research, civil society organizing and parliamentary debate. ICEERS engages with German actors through research, legal advocacy and international collaboration.
