Commission on Narcotic Drugs

The Commission on Narcotic Drugs (CND) is the United Nations body responsible for setting international policy on the substances listed under the three drug control conventions, and the main forum where scheduling decisions, resolutions and global policy directions are debated each year in Vienna. Its decisions shape national frameworks worldwide, including those affecting access to plants such as coca, cannabis and others. ICEERS gathers here content on CND processes and ICEERS’ engagement with them.
