Adam Aronovich is a researcher in medical anthropology and global health, focusing on the social, cultural, and ecological dimensions of psychoactive plant use. He is affiliated with the Medical Anthropology Research Center (MARC) at Universitat Rovira i Virgili and has conducted extensive fieldwork in the Peruvian Amazon, exploring the intersections between traditional knowledge systems and contemporary mental health practices.
