About ICEERS Academy
ICEERS Academy is the training arm of ICEERS, dedicated to promoting more ethical and safer practices in working with traditional plants and providing support in non-native contexts. Our online programs combine scientific rigor, care, and international community, with a clear focus on risk reduction and improving professional standards.
The role
We are looking for a proactive and autonomous person to manage the daily operations of our e-learning platform (Kajabi) and improve the experience of students and alumni. This role requires the ability to prioritize, detect friction, propose improvements, and execute them.
Responsibilities
1) E-learning operations (Kajabi)
Manage products, access, content, and course structure.
Execute operational configurations related to offers, scholarships, and access.
Ensure the proper functioning of the training environment (materials, publications, live sessions/recordings).
2) Student support and experience
Resolve technical/operational incidents and queries clearly and efficiently.
Prevent recurring problems by improving guides, FAQs, messages, and onboarding flows.
Coordinate with teaching and administration as necessary to ensure a consistent experience.
3) Alumni support and activation
Post-course support, resources, certificates, and continuing education.
Propose and implement simple engagement initiatives (communications, surveys, activities, and opportunities for participation).
Synthesize alumni feedback and convert it into actionable proposals for the team.
4) Continuous improvement and documentation of the training experience
Review and improve key communications to reinforce safety/ethics messages.
Identify “critical points” in the student journey and propose preventive adjustments.
Create and maintain clear processes (checklists, SOPs) for launches, incidents, and recurring tasks.
Prepare brief, actionable reports (frequent incidents, improvements implemented, needs identified).
Profile we are looking for
Junior experience in online training management or student support (Kajabi or other LMS).
Excellent written communication in Spanish and working level of English.
High degree of autonomy, organization, and solution- and people-oriented.
Demonstrable ability to propose improvements and implement them.
We will value
Experience in educational community management or alumni management.
Familiarity with Stripe, MailerLite (or equivalents), forms/surveys, and basic analytics.
Affinity with professional ethics and risk reduction approaches.
